You can't DYE runebags anymore !?

Wasn't there something before where we had to unequip it to dye it? Have you tried that?

IDK if you can remove the bag, place in inventory and dye...

I ended up clicking the "eye" so it removed it visually.

The new legendary RK satchels is invisible, that is why it don't take dyes. I still have my favorite old legendary bag appearance saved on Wardrobe & it can use the already added colors & take new ones too. Also you can acquire some of the cosmetic satchels that have being added to the new regions faction traders & check if any those are dyeabble.
