Brutal Charge crit doesn't work

Please fix Brutal Charges 100% crit on first hit if traited and maxed. It doesn't work... at all (other then the regular crit %)...

Corrected an issue with the Guardian's "To the Rescue" automatic crit effect.

To the Rescue is the passive that gives Brutal Charge it's auto crit when maxxed. Let's hope they got it right.

I was running around on guard last night and was seeing it work very often. However if the target resists, avoids, or partially avoids the partially avoided hit will not crit, but the next hit that lands will.

Often isn't 100% crit. I can see when they are avoided etc and the ones that hit aren't doing it 100%... It doesn't work as stated.

It's working much better! Thank you for looking into it!
But its still not 100% crit. It still at times doesn't crit (with no partial blocks etc.) I'd say its like 90% maybe a bit more...

With 'To the Rescue' maxed, it doesn't give 100% crit to 'Charge' anymore... been testing this for two days now
