I've got to say I rarerly see lotteries, I check multiple times a day during week days during western european prime time (9 am - 5 pm/9pm) GMT-2 I guess. The last one I joined was the Helms deep lottery I think.

Is it possible to have more european timezone focussed lotteries?

Yep, a minimum level of 10+ makes sense.

I hope we can expect (with HD) new versions of lotteries designed for a specific levelrange. (...,79-89: -the Mark,90-95: -the Hornburg/of Helm/the Westfold/the Fold/the Eorlingas)

Some of these are very clever, and I hope Sapience and the rest of the community team uses them (directly or with small modifications). I like your addition of Scroll of the Ages -- items like these Scrolls, available directly to the player in very limited quantities or indirectly via trading with other players, would make excellent lottery contents.

Similarly, items like the level 65 first age symbol ("Symbol of the Elder King"), which doesn't seem to be available from the now-scaling Ost Dunhoth raid anymore, would be welcome additions. A lv65 Elder King isn't of tremendous benefit or value, since most players will outlevel it quickly, but it's useful enough that not many would pass up an easy chance to get one. (I'd expect those lotteries would be restricted to lv60-70 characters, so my own toons wouldn't be eligible for them, but it'd be awfully nice anyway.)

The unseen-since-start-of-f2p cosmetic recipes would also make nice items for lotteries, for those of us who got into crafting since those items were last available. Hint, hint!

And since there is no way for a player to mark a toon as 'Do not show on Lottery List', this is also a good way to keep special mules out of the lotteries without having to keep removing them from the list (like those that were deleted as toons but still get to enter).

I tend to make mules for storage and don't level them to 10 just to keep them out of the lottery lists.
