Considering the stats you have postet, 105k dps is by far not close enough to get in the right direction in my opinion.
There are some screens of dps parses from warden, rk and burgs (although the last two got some nerfs) doing 130k+ dps with 550k mastery/450k crit while you had 750k/630k which also makes a significant difference.
Agree, i couldnt parse that high with all buffs, coz had around 200k stats lower, had around 95k on the best parse. Also 45% crit chance overall, i could say that is a one of the best parses probably. Burg next to me was parsing 135-140k regulary with sigil runes, he also transfered his toon from live to compare.
Guys if you use better gear from beta than what we have at the moment and also have full self buffs on the suggestion and the results are far from the reality and far away from what we need.
I copy my character did about 4-5 attempts with out even food or change my gear and i see that 100k at best attempts are possible.I had some nasty lag tho all the time that make weapon swapping a nightmare so my dps was around 90-95k finish 88k at the end.
At the same time the other classes next to me did from 130/135 to 160k.That is huge difference still in my opinion.I think for Red need at least another 10% plus the mitigations bypass so we can be close with wardens.Burglars even with those will still be much stronger if they dont nerf them further more.

So we are still 50k less than warden/burgs, IF we dont get a mitagation bypass we would need close to a 40% strike line damage increase to be on par. A flat % increase is the easiest quick fix for us atm before the raid comes out. So unless burgs/wardens are Nerfed further we are looking at 30-40% for strike skills.

For burglars yes we need at least 30%+ more in Red but to be honest i prefer to be close with wardens so i think a 10% plus the mitigation's would be enough. If they dont give the mitigation's penetration to Red, (they will make me very sad cause we need it maybe more than anything and we need at least one good long lasting change) ,then a 15-20% more would be enough to make Red line competitive.
Not a super experienced champ player but I stay up to date on all classes. Honestly it doenst seem like SSG cares about fixing deeps stikes bleed.
My suggestions is to change the deep strikes trait to mit bypass. Fits the theme of the trait.
So the trait would be somthing like 5/10/15% strike skill mit bypass. Would also not tie it to crits. Numbers could be adjusted to 10/20/30% if champs are ~30% single target dps behind others.
I like the idea of a bleed on crit. Its cool in alot of other games, but since its been broken since rohan. So like 4-5 years.... I dont think its gonna get fixed might as well replace it with our biggest need and like I said it fits the idea of deep strikes, striking through armor.
Also like 30-40% off our crit multiplier and like 30% damage added to our baseline damage would be cool.

The whole idea of using mitigation penetration to fix class imbalance does not really work, in practice. If we have far lower skill damage than other classes, in a raid, where mitigations can easily be brought down to very low percentages, if not zero, we will still be far behind everyone else.
Nevertheless, I think your idea is good. I just think it isn't a balance fix, but merely a quality of life change. Champions would still require a significant increase to skill damage.

Can you give a screenshot of the gear you are using ? Thanks
I can and will do that as soon as next beta is available, did not take screenshots of my gear last beta as I did not deem it nessessary. Stats are the defining factor in dps after all, not gear.

Please don't do that. You can trait deep strikes while in yellow line, having 15% mit bypass for blade skills AND 15% strike skill mit bypass in yellow line will completely remove any reason to go red line. If you feel the need to add mit bypass to red line please do it in a way that you can't trait it while using yellow/blue line.
/sign on nerfing crit multiplier for more baseline damage

Whilst I don't think that your logic here is sound, considering that Deep Strikes is a red line trait that is all but useless for red line itself (at least in a ST DPS scenario), and should thus definitely be changed in a way to benefit red line, an alternative would be to just make the "Devastation" trait bonus (tier 6 red line) affect all Strike skills at a reduced effectiveness.
Having said that, Deep Strikes should still be changed to benefit red line.
And yes, nerfing the crit magnitude legacy in favour of more base damage would definitely be appreciated.

Better gear, better stats. So yes gear does affect dps

And why would that make it nessessary to post gear AND stats instead of what I posted, which would be just stats? Stats influence dps, not gear (excluding set bonus gear here, as I did not use any). Gear influences stats.
I know why I'm being asked for gear screenshots and I'm happy to provide them as soon as possible, but what you just said kind of doesn't make sense with stats provided.

The stats i sow at your screens means that you are wearing the best gear that you can get at the moment at live servers or you put some new gear from beta. Those stats can be achieved from live servers only if you get EVERY teal piece from T5 6man instances and the best teal from 3 mans. You have self buffs on scrolls,food,+5% damage boost, hope.
My point is that we are not doing dps contest here or try to impress the others with our parses,we try to get some buffs so we can be viable by providing our feedback. The more dps you post by boosting your self the less buffs we will get when the developers see your boosted parses.
Obviously most of the champions dontt have the best gear at the moment and those stats cause they dont even get enough invites or barely at all for doing those T5 6 man instances yet.Remove 100k from your critical and another 100k from physical mastery, remove the self buffs and you will have completely different and obviously lower results.

Yeah, not every teal piece but three of the five I could have, you're right. I however don't see why I would have to drop below both my live and beta stats to provide feedback here (beta stats are higher than live offensive-wise due to them changing stat distribution and due to me replacing some green essences on my live gear with purple ones). We have lots of champs here that COULD provide parses, and stat screenshots, so devs can see where the class is at the moment, on average. My feedback - and my parses - are from a point of view of someone who wants to do tier 3 raiding with her champ and is actively trying to get the best equipment possible, and the highest numbers possible without another classes help, so I do use my personal buffs (hope/scrolls/basic food/attack dmg boost/duel/controlled burn) when parsing as I am certain I'll have them when raiding. I also use the best gear available on live. I did NOT use beta specific gear to do that parse, but I did finalize the build I started on live (still missing a couple of purple essences over on live) - comparing dps between beta 1 and beta 2 with same stats and no further changes done to grasp what dps we gained (instead of comparing live vs. beta 2).
I do not try to boast by posting here, and I don't want (or, honestly, feel the need) to impress anyone. Still, champion class has a large span between the worst champ player you could find, and the best, so I think that providing as many numbers as possible with context given (and you can see everything I used, my stats and what damage my skills do in my original post) is probably the best feedback we could offer. I'm not going to pretend to be a worse player than I am, nor better, when giving feedback here, so artificially changing my stats to something I'll never have (again, in both directions up and down) doesn't really make sense to me. Any champ out there with worse stats who feels me posting my parse here will have them do not enough damage after that patch hits live servers, please, go ahead and post your own parses.
My aim is not to have every single champ out there do enough dps to do tier 3 raiding - that would make champ way too strong given the span of champ players out there. If all champs that know what they're doing with their class have a chance to get into the raid on a tier that fits their personal abilities, I'm happy. Feel free to disagree and give feedback with your personal goals in mind, based on your own parses, the more numbers and views we get on this, the more information we provide to SSG.

As promised, gear screenshot following. Sadly, as they decided to wipe bullroarer, not exactly what I was parsing with last beta, but should be close enough. As you can see, no stuff used you couldn't have over on live.
