If they were making previous Epics that are currently free cost money then I'd agree, but this is new content. Personally I think too much of the content is being offered for free as is, especially in comparison to other games. Players should really have to purchase an expansion to get all the content. Just because Turbine was perhaps over-generous with previous expansion Epics does not make then greedy for deciding against that route for this expansion.
