Was talking with another captain and noticed the +3.8% damage on the legacy doesn't show up on the skill button or the buff? Just wondering if it's bugged or if the skill icon hasn't been updated yet. Thanks.

It seems to be bugged, 3,8% is ridiculous anyways... for you´re done with the 10 seconds buff duration after 25 of 35 ranks... 10 empowerment scrolls for 3,8% damage on time of need... turbine please
