For me, even a tiny difference in the text is a big thing! I even open the quest log to read the extra bits many quests have there that isn't told in the actual quest text, and also to read the descriptions on those quest items that go straight to the quest log when you get them

One other thing i noticed with the last alt i am running thru the epic, many of the NPCs will have something else to say after you accept the quest. I noticed quite a few that had the 'blue' ring and i talked to them again a couple times after accepting the quest and many had more to say furthering along the storyline then i would go and do the quest.
