I logged in this morning it said Completed: Repeat Observer of Durin's Day and I got a new title with it, i am assuming this is a bug but wanted to make sure if intended or not cause According to the Events Schedule says, Durin's Day Event 10/18/19@10am

This is a bug that should now be fixed. When Durin's Day returns, I guess we've accidentally given people a heads up on a thing.

It is fixed now, i was holding off logging on other characters who did the event last year till more info but now logged another character and got nothing this time, which is good.
