As I always do, I'll finish up the day before any stated end date just in case of SSG error/miscommunication.
As always, thanks Thoroval. The Twitter post is similar: "The Harvestmath Festival was extended earlier this week, and is available through November 12th! We hope you are enjoying this year's event."

I concur with your end date and time as that has been reasonably consistent with Turbine for many years and SSG from their start with one tiny exception.

For any player not understanding the need for Thoroval's caution, a little history. When the first festivals arrived they ended at 3am on the date stated as "to". But the time wasn't stated as everything changed at 3am server time. Internationally there are different understandings of "from" and "to" and, certainly where I come from originally, although "from" might be at a certain time on the start date, if the time isn't stated, "to" means "until the end of the day. A massive forum fight ensued and resulted in the introduction of the first "encore" although it wasn't called that. They just gave us a week extra later to satisfy players who hadn't turned in those newly introduced festival tokens, got their special mounts etc. From that time, Turbine consistently used the American-English "through" to mean 24 hours of that end date (and of course the 3 hours to server time). SSG have been consistent except when someone took over The Beacon from Cord (who seems to have it back according to his stream) and even then they announced that they would continue to use "through" to avoid doubt.

Still, belt and braces (that's the Tolkien version of belt and suspenders ) - better safe than sorry as there could be a power outage or we could lost internet connection at the last moment ^À^
