Are you saying that the tooltip should say 1000 rep, rather than the reward should be 2000 rep as the tooltip states?


Slowing down allegiance reputation to a 1000 rep points per day crawl, especially on a mission system that no longer awards the usual weekly mission wrappers that players are used to getting is going to make this new mission system about as popular as Epic Battles.
