Adventure-Seeker Frame - Reach Level 15.
Blaze of Hope Frame - Reach Level 60.
Great River Frame - Complete the Legend of Limelight Gorge Deed
Horse Lords Portrait Frame - Reach Level 85.
Helms Deep Defender Frame - Complete Vol 3 Book 13: The Battle of the Hornburg.
Beacon of Gondor Frame - Reach Level 100.
Black Gate Frame - Reach Level 105
Heart of the Mountain Frame - Reach Level 115
Frame of the Dwarf-Holds - Reach level 120

Tricky thing is not everything transfers over.
Feel free to add to the list if I missed something when I went to check.

What transfers over to Live

• The 5 cosmetics cloaks you listed.

• The titles you listed + Dispeller of Isengard (this is obtained by levelling up to 75)
- Delver of Darkest Depths comes from completing all the instances from the Moria cluster.
- Nemesis of the Necromancer: same thing as above (all instances from Mirkwood).
- Rambling-rover (this is from Angmar - gotta complete the Legendary quest several times to gather 15 legendary coins to barter for it in Gath Forthnir)

• The frames you listed + Great River Frame (this comes from completing the following deeds in LG - explorer, spirits, ruins, quests, kindred standing).


What doesn't transfer to Live servers:
• Frames
- Shadow-breaker (from completing Carn Dum, Urugarth & Rift)
- Angmar-rambler (10 legendary coins - says bound to account but only counts for toon that consumes the writ).
- Moria-rambler (10 legendary coins - same as above)

• Titles

• On Horseback (same deed that rewards the Horse-lords frame)
• Blaze of Hope (same deed as the frame you listed)
• Bree-seeker (same deed as the adventure-seeker frame)
• Eorlingas by deed (same deed as the regal horse-lords cloak)
• Legend of Helm's Deep (same deed as the frame)
• Bane of Shadow and Flame (same deed as the Watcher cloak)
• Bane of the White Wizard (same deed as cloak)
• Shatterer of Nurzum (Complete Final Stand quest in Wildermore)
• Shadow-breaker (Completing Carn Dum, Urugarth & Rift)
• Legend of Rohan (rebuilding Hytbold)
• Great River Guide (comes with the frame I listed above)
• Helmingas by Deed (level to 95)

Looks like there is nothing too crazy, however I'm still stuck on Ithil so may need to wait till transfers open up to do some of the 12 mans.

You're also forgetting the Legendary Challenger of the Gaunt Lords and Legendary Challenger of the Necromancers Stronghold - both for completing the Challenges in all the In Their Absence and Mirkwood Instances on Tier 2. This was only available during the four months the servers were at level 65.

Does anyone know if they ever made Legendary Server titles or frames for 140 or Gundabad? I'm mostly trying to confirm I can turn off Deadly landscape difficulty now that I hit 130 on Shadowfax.

Before Anor was closed SSG announce what 140 level Gundabad don't have anything on Legendary Servers. Because we have less then month between Gundabad and server close date
