Arguing aside, some things I would like to see:
Healing-
1. Mending Verse with a cooldown instead of an induction, it was fine before but with the bouncing of draigoch and running in ToO we could really use the heals at the start of a fight, even if it worked like epic conclusion where you have to stand still to cast.
2. Change Epic of the ages, maybe to work something like Essence of flame to increase its healing by 20% per writ of health, slightly shorter induction with increased power cost (RK's have a Huge power pool while healing and no skills to burn it).
3. Rune of restoration, PLEASE fix the bugs where it falls through any piece of raised scenery, - Saruman - Fear OD - ect.
4. All fates entwined is a little buggy on radius, people move out of 25m and come back in and dont get the - 20% incoming.
Fire-
1. Distracting flame could be more specific on threat reduction, It says greatly yet even when im using calming Verse, if were using a PuG tank I really struggle with agro management. (Also not affected by the 3 Set from Isen :/)
2. Improved Scathing Mockery has had its awsome animation taken away, would really like to see this brought back it was fun to watch, and if you see it you can more easily see which RK has just broken the mezz'd Mob ;).
3. 5 set of Isen fire seems to do Jack.
Lightning-
Hardly using this since RoI, but would like to see an impact from the +1500 ect effective finesse, seems to do very little to be honest:/ & Scribes spark could hit a bit more noticeable difference than CA.
Frost-
Love these skills, would like to see a traitline for them to offer us another role, Debuffer - only problems with it currently Flurry of Words Doesn't last long enough & why reduce evade for a RK, nice for grouping, rubbish for solo. Would need an overhaul if changes were going to be made.
Traits (Healing)-
1.Master of Allusion - Set to 10% or add +2~5% Outgoing healing if you want us to use this.
2. Terse Narrative - Could be used with the idea of Essence of the Ages to either change the skill or shorten the Induction by more than 0.5s.
3.Memorable Prose - Could be used to provide 2 Healing attune instead of 1 depending on what happens to MV.
Traits (Fire) -
1. Overflowing Confidence - Never ever used this trait seems a complete waste, as RK is basically built with so much ICPR that you don't run out anyways, I can get over 10k power think thats going to last almost any fight :).
2.Master of Connotation - Nice but could be improved a little at least, difference when traited isn't noticeable enough to use.
3.Scathing Retort - Good idea, Debuff could last a little longer though:)
Legendary Trats-
1. Martial Training - Moral needs to scale, Could decrease attack duration slightly.(it is the first and always slotted Legendary)
2. Steady Hands - What joke is this? never been used, pretty sure its got an induction which is poor, and CD is way too long.
Cheers in advance ZC, great job you've done so far, Runekeeper is by far the best class to keep you on your toes and right on the edge of death every few seconds, adrenaline pumping stuff ;).

I like your idea very much, actually. Making MV an instant skill with let´s say 2 seconds CD would be great; the only thing is how it will be casted, right now one of the better things of MV is how fluently it´s spammed. For my taste is a bit slow for being a point heal, 1,5 seconds would be perfect, but i also like your idea. Thumbs up.

For sure some type of Heal-on-the-Move is needed.
Why is there so much stress over RK changes? Because no other class has to grind out as many LIs as an RK does. We need seperate stones/satchels to be effective. While we are a hybrid class, having hybrid LIs makes for a poorly equiped RK. Something really needs to be done to help with that grind.
Perhaps something when we reforge. A dropdown menu to select DPS (fire & lightening) or Healing (healing & frost). If DPS were selected, we would have an 80% chance to draw from the 2 DPS lines and a 20% chance to draw from the Healing/frost side. A Healing selction would draw 80% from Healing/Frost and 20% from fire/lightening.
While not perfect, it seems this may lessen the amount of legacies that would have to be swaped out.
Just throwing that out there to see if anyone has any other/better ideas.

Rename martial training too elemental training
5% tac offence.
600 crit rating.
500 morale.
10%pow.
105 icpr.
Reason no decent rk goes into melee unless low lv trash mobs.
at same time remove the weapon profiences of axe - it makes no sense.
efta. 3,5-4,5 induction too long for a heal skill in a fast paced game
the problem reducing its induction is it will become a bolster courage giving it
an instant cast would make it similar too triumphant spirit,all i do with this skill
is dry it free of dust now and then so would be nice too improve ,im just not sure how..
but adding a buff too healed target could be fine. fx mitigation
rename steady hands too changing hands meaning that whatever attunement youre at
then youre re-attuned with 2/3 in opposite attunement so if fully in dps then youll get
6 atunement in heal leaving you right at the bubble.this way it will prevent rk,s too big time

I have three suggestions and a question:
Survival - this is covered by others, but it is very important. Dead RKs do no dps or healing and RKs are just crazy fragile even with loads of morale trade-offs which weaken the RKs primary role. Also, RKs don't even maximize their dps until in melee range - suicidal in many cases
Runestone stats are often terrible. Remove the less useful stats or make them 1 handed. Even the good stats seem low when compared to 1h items other classes get.
Fate seems to be a neglected stat. Perhaps a buff is in order?
After these alterations that you are hinting at have been implemented/considered, do you think the perception of RK as second choice healer or last(forgotten) choice dps will change?

Ok then zombie...leave WoH and PtH the same, just let us do the improwed mending versee (insta cast no CD, reduced healing) on any attunement, i could even trait 2 blue for it, I want surviability, everything else in an extra!
Also, any possibility to hear when U6 would come? :3

Ok, here's a new one ...
On my endless quest in order to find a lvl 75 runestone with similar great stats as my 2nd ager from 65ish days, I've stumble across a fine runestone worth wasting a few of my countless ixp runes on it.
Now for the sad part of the story: The stone had Frost affinity :(
Any chance we'll be able to have a NPC change affinities for us in the future?
(If the answer to this leads to introducing a store-only item forget what I said >.<)

All though this has already been mentioned, i'm going to reiterate it as per PvMP reasoning,
The blade will not xxx and Do not fall to xxx both need to be instant.
Reavers are able, if using their skills correctly to Disarm one without the ability to remove it because of how Wound pots work if there was already a wound up.
This 5 second period of hopeless standing around can be the difference between winning and losing a 1v1.
Of course, the reaver could be pre slowed but blade toss more or less defeats that purpose,
so assuming the reaver can play his class, we're left hopeless.
Thus, an instant Do not fall to xxxx can be, if timed correctly remove/absorb the disarm.
Same reasoning applies to Black arrows VT, if the induction cannot be interrupted this instant cast will make a big difference.
Or though this is OP is some circumstances, the cost to attument balances it imo.

I made Post #31 after just getting in from a hard day of Mardi Gras parade myself. I think that idea would be too hard to do just for one class. But since everyone hates the LI grind, how about
At reforge, all classes are given a choice of Three Legacy to pick from?
On the Martial Training suggestion, I'd rather see Tactical Mastery in place of the 600 Crit.

Right the big yellow target and the forever induction that can be intrupted ruining the skill are fun to work with. Nothing like the ZAP.... where the hell did that come from insta shot from rks. Imo EFTA should be an Aoe emergency heal with a HoT, just like EoE but MUCH better:

I know your point on Crit%, but my thinking was that there is a cap on Crit % and as far as I know there is not one on Mastery.
Total agreement on EfTA.
Westfold ingredients for Enamel & Inlay are 1 Scroll of Insight + 1 Scrap of Weathered Dunlending Text (for a total of 3 Scraps of Dunlending Text). I can't believe those materials are rare on any server.....unless my serve has been renamed to "Area 51"

I really hope Creeps get buffed too
I mean, if we get no changes, except for a bubble while DPSing I´m sure I could 1vs3 any combination of Creeps up to R6 and 1vs2 higher ones without problems
If all those changes are coming, which some guys here want, even 1vs4 shouldn´t be too hard

Can't find any RK that can solo 3 Creeps if they know how to play (if RK isn't using brand).
From my experience now days Champs and Ministrels are IDDQD mode...

Some ideas I had. Posted in the Suggestions thread, thought i'd post here again.
YOUR THOUGHTS ARE MINE
Forces the target to become friendly and attack enemy mobs for 20 seconds.
CONFOUNDING SWIPE
Dazes all targets within a frontal 180 degree arc for 15 seconds. Can be traited to leave a 5 second stun after daze is up.
BATTLE DEPARTURE
Instantly teleports the RK anywhere within a hundred meter radius, drops all threat, gives a small spike heal. 5m cooldown. (Used as an escape skill)
FLARE OF FURY/FLARE OF VIGOUR
2 separate skills which attune 6 battle (fury) or 6 healing (vigour). Must be either in the steady state, or the battle/healing states (respectively for fury/vigour) to use. Functions similar to the "Champion's fervour" and the Hunter's "Burn Hot".
ICY BREATH
Freezes the target for 10 seconds. Can be broken by damage (Aka Daze with a freeze animation) After it dispells leaves a 70% slow for 10 seconds which is not broken by damage.
ESSAY OF HEALTH
(Level-dependent) instant heal. Removes inductions from all healing skills for 5-10 seconds. Functions similar to the Essay of Fire. It is my solution to the "no-spike heals" problem with RK's.
What do you think of these skills? I know that implementing all would make the RK OP, but one or two maybe? We could use the Essay of Health skill :)

Also the crit cap is 25%, and im PRETTY sure no RK will get there unbuffed, but lets let other people vote! (imo 600 crit would be too low, atleast 1k so i could see 2-3% difference in crits :P, also i want the crit becouse mine is 4,4k unbuffed >_< HATE it how my melee crit rating is frikin 2k higher -.-)
My dream of martial arts:
5-10% tactical damage OR 20-30 tactical cricital modifier
1200 crit rating (tact)
600-1000 morale
20% power
200 icpr
and now realistic mode of it:
7% tactical damage
975 cricital rating (tact)
700 morale
15% power
200 icpr

I think only Your toughts are mine and battle departure are totally impossible to make, maybe possible after 3 months of work :P Essay of health is really cool, but if we get improved MV (insta cast on move, reduced healing), that will become kinda worthless ):
Also nathrandir, those ideas look cool, but as we all know its not an expansion, so i dont believe we get NEW skills ( as it reguires LOTS of time to make, and then all the buggs....), if it isnt nessessary );

Dear ZC,
1. I feel like I'm the only frosty rk in this game, it would be nice if you added a frost skill with no CD similar to FR (fire) and CA (lightning). As of now, rk's don't have a spam-able frost skill and it would be nice in those certain situations vs. certain fire mobs and such.
2. The frost AOE skill, that doesn't have on the tool tip the dps it does, i forgot the name-sorry not online, the DOT on it could use a buff, thanks.

This would make it better then the mini. I prefer skills that are different but preform similar functions.

'Similar functions' is a stretch here I think, as it implies our spell has comparable value. Armour of storm is pretty much useless, especially compared to some mini emergency protective skills.
