Hey guys. I have isengard purchased but i'm just level 30. Can I travel to Dunland and get my cosmetics just for the heck of it or vendors there won't sell me anything?

The items for the Templar look as well as most of the outfits using RoI cosmetics are quests items. You'd need to be 65+ to get and complete the quests to get the items. However there are some decent looking cosmetics available to T7 crafters. If you have a friend or kin mate who can craft them, you could put them in your wardrobe and wear them on your character.Quote:

Playing around with a mix of new and old gear for my Lossoth huntress. :) Still needs some tweaking...may add the Leijona boots back to it.

i finally managed to make an outfit around Clanweave Leggings i am happy with. i'm also in love with the hat - it reminds me of old Egyptian monarchy so much. i tried to make this outfit lore appropriate - its wearer is an Avari elf from the far eastern region of Rhûn, who came to give counsel about dark armies (and Easterlings) movements to her long forgotten friends in Eriador:
