If you are having a technical problem, you could always try posting it here; people are pretty friendly and willing to help troubleshoot an issue.

Account Management can take care of issues relating to your Turbine account. If the OP requires Technical Support, which is what it appears they are asking for, they must email them since that is the only way to contact them. Account Management does not do Technical Support. The OP could also post on the forums to see if someone can help them with any issues they are having.
