FOURTY MINUTE connection retry???

Hi, I tried to log in today, first it gave me the error about my certificate being expired, I corrected this by setting the right time (Computer crashed funny, made the time skip back a few years).

Now, when I tried to connect, it failed and set the connection retry time to half an hour. I came back after half an hour, failed to connect, now its FOURTY MINUTES to try again. Not sure how to handle this, some input would be appreciated.

I've restarted my connection,
I've removed and added back on all LoTRo permissions on the firewall, I dont know..
