So I bought the game but for some reason my drive wont read the disc so I'm wondering if i DL the game from the site will i be able to play on my account since i already have it set up? ty in advance for your help

absolutely!
I've reinstalled the game since purchasing it, so I was playing fine, then reinstalled it (new hard drive) and did so by downloading it from the site.
Actually, they recommend downloading it rather than using the disc, because the game changes so much with each patch.
