I never enter into a contract with anyone. The legal ramifications are more then I want to deal with. There’s also put those clause that cause so much trouble. You can also be sued it you break your contract. It’s just too complicated. I find it easier to sit on my front porch with a shotgun and shoot anyone that comes up the drive way. They stay away and I'm not bothered with contracts.
