I just learned that there are titles you can apply to your legendary class items in those dolven view instances. I can't decide between the one that gives you added tactical defense, or the one for added damage to light based skills. Do captains have any other light based attacks besides blade of Elendil? Or would the "shining star" title just boost that one attack?

I believe Battle-shout is light damage. Captains don't have much in the way of light damage.

Go in eregion next to the entry to the instance where you do your quest for your first LI. At the out post there a npc that give the quest midnight Raid, you need to be 3 players to do it and you need a shard. The reward is a +600 melee defence that will be great for your emblem and there other scroll that give better stat for your weapon. This can be done once a day.
