Skill Hex Codes

I am working on a mount plugin, and I'd really like to see if there is a good way to get my hands on all the Hex codes for all the mount skills so that I can build it into my plugin. I don't have them all, but it would be nice to have them in there and comment them out with instructions for "unlocking" for those that do have them all.

Can anyone help me with that, or know of a way to get all the skill hex codes? Turbine, can you provide them to developers?

So far these are the codes that I have, just based on the mounts that I have currently. Anyone that has any others that can post the hex here would be awesome.
