Defensive Expertise: Formula?

That link gives the following information for this traits:
+[Level x 12] Block Rating
+[Level Dependent] Armour Value

The [level dependent] part doesn't really help me much. Can anyone shed some light on how the bonus armor value is calculated?

Edit1: LotRO Life had this about the trait:
Defensive Expertise: You use your shield more efficiently, blocking more and reducing the damage dealt to you.
+600 Block Rating (+12 at L1 / +720 at L60)
+225 Armour Value (+5 at L1 / +270 at L60)

That's a bit more info, but outdated and no formula.

Edit2: I'm having the same problem w/ Sotic:
+[Level Dependent] Fire Defence
+[Level Dependent] Frost Defence
+[Level Dependent] Shadow Defence
+15 Vitality
+[Level Dependent] Acid Defence
+[Level Dependent] Lightning Defence

WHat exactly do you want to know about these traits? Do you want to know how the bonus numbers from the traits are calculated and then added to your character? Or do you want to know what having +x block/armor/random defence rating actually does for your character? There's a lot of Diminishing returns involved in the latter so I (and probably anyone else) wouldn't want to find/figure that out unless that's what you want to know.

Defensive Expertise gives:

• L*12 Block Rating (so 780 at L65)
• L*4.5 Armour Value (293 @ L65)

Stoic gives:

• L*7.5 Fire/Frost/Shadow/Acid/Lightning Defence (488 at L65)
• 15 Vitality

I'm having the same problem with the class traits: Power of Song, Lyrics of Bravery, Tempo of Bravery, Enduring Morale (all minstrel), and the RK class trait: (master of Tragedy).

Also, I need to know when percentage modifiers are calculated in. Do they modify values before virtues are taken into account for example. Lastly, I can't find the formula for NCPR/NCMR, although I was able to find ICPR/ICMR on some guild's website.

Afraid I don't have much info on RKs or Minis. You might try asking that in their respective forums.

Not sure what you mean here. What percentage modifiers are you talking about?

Are you looking for what stats contribute to POC/MOC (or NCPR/NCMR as you say)? Each point of will gives 12 POC. Five points of vitality give 36 MOC.
