We have just suffered the loss of a dear kinnie and although we are recruiting, applications may be delayed a day or two. We are deeply saddened at this time.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My prayers and condolences go out to her friends, family and kinmates.

Good grief, Tinki, that woman is enough to frighten off dozens of new recruits! Dear thread reader, I can assure you that your welcome will be open and friendly, with no sign of threatening tattooed ladies, nope, none at all.
But I add my best holiday wishes to all my kinmates, new recruits, and friends of the LMB!
My characters are listed at my lotro-wiki page.

Do you have an "allied players" channel, by chance?

For LFF purposes among likeminded kinships and individuals we have our own "alesandtales" channel. Sometimes its hard to fill 12 man groups without it. This channel is also the feed channel to any listener wanting to follow the goings on of our weekly Ales and Tales event.

Ministock was yesterday. Aproximately 100 staff, band members, and spectators assembled at the Forsaken Inn for the trek to the top of Weatherstock. Once there We did a dress rehearsal, with "mic" checks, positioning of the bands, and other necessary stuff.
Once rehearsal was done, we all mounted up and headed to the music platform in the heart of Bree. About 100 mounted riders entered the city with quite a bit a fanfare and questions from the town folk.

Prepare for WEATHERSTOCK! Amp it up from about 100 attending to about 500!
EPIC LAG!
EPIC BANDS!
EPIC CROWDS!
July 20th. Be there!

Last december I decided to explore other servers in search of a richer community experience. I wanted to role-play a little, I also wanted a casual approach to playing LOTRO but with people who loved the literature as much as I do. To me LOTRO is more than just a game where I go and shoot at stuff, it is a chance to walk lands I have only imagined. For me the wonder of seeing Middle-Earth and all it's characters is my main motivation for playing.
So I tried Arkenstone and I tried Landroval, I have even rolled a character in Laurelin.
The place I spend most of my time is on Landroval, this is because the kin I joined organize some of the most fantastic events. I love dancing, I now play music in small and large groups, I chat when I fancy being social. But I still wander off and do my own thing.
I have made some new friendships, lent a hand during events, there is always someone who can help me if I get stuck.
If you feel like trying us out, head to our guildlaunch site and read our information first....come along to an event....we have five this weekend! After that if you want to join, submit an application.
There is so much to do I never actually get to do all that I would like.
I want to thank all my new friends in the LMB for making my play time, such fun...
Far Apart!
