Does the -10% skill induction on the Cumaeth bow (from the Epic Book II epilogues) mean that all combat skill inductions are reduced? Am I correct in perceiving that it's not a big deal for melee attack skills as opposed to longer induction ranged attacks/castings?

only one melee attack has an induction, and thats for burgs who cant use bows. so yes you assume correct. it will only effect let fly for guard sor champs

Does it make milestone skills get off quicker? Haven't checked it since it has been made a skill. If it is all skills induction, it should.
