Looking for a fun kinship with helpful players? Tired of being pushed around and neglected by the higher levels? Dont feel as though you are respected through out the LOTRO community? Then join The Orginization a new kin that is quickly growing and adding more and more players to their ranks. Join us on the journey through middle earth, whether level 5 or 75 you will be treated with respect and dignity. Although we are not a life-rank 7 yet, we are ready to welcome new members at any time. Our main focuses are friendship and fun. Join us in nightly skirmishes and weekly parties. Once we reach life-ranks seven we intend to create a well oiled economy within the kinship, allowing for swift and easy trade between members. There is almost always an officer online happy to help you in any situation, as well if you just want to go grind some trolls for a good time. You are NOT required to be a VIP to be in this kinship, the only thing we look for in our recruits is good spirit and respect. The rules of our kinship are very strict on certain points:

1. We believe that most people in this game are adults and we allow slight foul language in situations where it is appropriate. Although if you abuse this privilege then you might be demoted and/or kicked out of the kinship.

2. We REQUIRE that you show respect to your fellow kinsmen as well as the general community of LOTRO, if we ever hear or see any actions that would state other wise then you will either be demoted or removed from the kinship.

3. We are a friendly group here at The Orginization and we want every player to feel as though they can say what they want and voice their opinions with clarity and have a receptive audience. The officers will be happy to listen or report any problems that may have to the higher commands of the kinship. Where they will be thought over thoroughly and have a response back within a 4 hour period at the latest.
