I just want a list of all level 85 armor and all their stats, preferably in CSV or XML format.

Lorebook doesn't have them all, if I even had all the Item IDs. And even on the ones it does has, data.lotro.com can be missing data. Tulkas & Compendium don't have them all either (specifically, at least the horse-lords armors are missing).

Compendium has the Horse-Lords stuff if you look in the Item Scanner, but you won't be able to export them, you'll have to read it manually. After U10 they'll probably be pretty difficult to find in there as well, since there's a ton of new gear being added in and the Scanner is sorted by add date (roughly).

Yeah, I'm trying to avoid manual entry. Looking for a better way(tm). I wrote an importer for the lorebook and for CSV. So I'll also accept links to spreadsheets someone else has already made (I need light/med Horse-Lords and 85 BG sets and skirmish armor).

This has been a desire/issue since RoI was released ... at that time data.lotro.com "broke," i.e. it was not updated with the RoI items.

I haven't done any kind of exhaustive search since after Update 9 released (and the maintenance was completed) however,
the number of "grey" (i.e. default) items at my.lotro.com in character sheets for my toons has decreased dramatically!
(Currently, they are all equipped with Great River gear for the most part.)

Does that imply a more current data.lotro.com? At this time I do not know -- it seems to be.

I also have not checked lotrodata.com for current information. He does (or did) do a regular extraction.

Returns quite a bit of information. However, I have no idea if it is complete or not as I have not looked to see what items that I am aware of are included or missing from it. I'm not certain what you mean by "horse-lords armour," I haven't encountered that particular name for an item.

BTW, I assume you realize that the lorebook is a Media WIKI and is available via the Media Wiki api.

Update 10 has arrived; the Lorebook is still missing pre-U10 data and has incorrect data despite some sort of import on Feb 27 and doesn't have U10 items.

I'm not certain what you mean by "horse-lords armour,"
