Is there a plugin that does PvMP+ style lootbox/key popups for PRE-L70/L80 boxes?

Just something I'm wishing I could have up this weekend.

Currently I'm using PvMP+, but I can't really load LotrO Alerter while I've got my PC running more than one client at a time. Something lightweight that does this would be epic!
