A week ago it looked impossible to get this rank before Elder Scrolls Online takes over my life.
I want to thank everyone who made groups, and valiant efforts to fight Revelations.
While it is true I am leaving for ESO, I am not 'quitting', just playing less LoTRO + cancelling the sub.
I hope u13 is interesting, and eliminates some of the excuses certain people have for not wanting to pvp.

One thing...What is the Re-tar-dation you speak of and why do people make valiant efforts to fight it? That's just not PC.
