lvl 100 1st warden items (spear + shield)

Hi all. I've looked at the wiki to try and find the ingredients needed for a lvl 100 1st warden spear + shield but it doesn't seem to have been updated yet. Would someone be kind enough to post the ingredients please?

The main ingredients are the Blemished Symbol of the Elder King, and 2 Emerald Shards. The rest you can pretty much get from everywhere/anyone.

Thank you for the heads up Khalis, I really appreciate it. It seems that lvl 100 warden shields aren't available just yet, only weapons. Hope this changes soon!
