I don't recall the following changes being announced during any patch, but noticed them yesterday, and so list them here.
Eorlingas Battle Lore and Eorlingas Warding Lore:
Old Recipe: 4 x Tomes of War Campaigns and 1 Small Westemnet Scroll.
New Recipe: 4 x Tomes of War Campaigns and 1 Medium Westemnet Scroll.
This change aligns them with the Eastemnet recipes, which have always required a Medium Eastemnet Scroll.

Yup, I noticed that too. traditionally it has been a medium scroll.
But it was nice for it to be a small crest during HD :PLvL 100s: Beorning, Burglar, Captain, Champ, Guardian, Hunter, Lore-Master, Minstrel, Rune-Keeper
