Ok...I have asked for in game help but I am still having problems. I am wanting to find the crafting question " The Love of the Forest, Part 1". I have not found any supplier with a book or quest to begin it. So where do I find it?

You don't, because it's no longer in the game. When was the last time you played?
If you want proficiency in Master tier of Forester and to be able to begin to master it, just be sure to completely master in all previous tiers.
