He hasn't played during that time either, your ranks are still here from when you were carried by ainur, he never had that luxury. In my experience the players who don't return to the game but instead stick around to "troll the forums" are the ones who are too scared to return as they know that the players who made their reputation(the carriers) are not playing and so cannot carry them through the game, maybe one day you will conjure up enough "bravery" to come back to LOTRO, I will be waiting at the rez circle to camp you, friend.
