Any Interest in a Final Farewell Poem for Elendilmir and/or Other Closing Servers?

In the spirit of Tolkien's writings, I thought it might be respectfully fitting to have a fan-based "official" poem from which to remember, at least, Elendilmir. I am not a man of means or a judge of poetry, so I'm not seeking to sponsor a contest; nor am I a poet, so I'm not planning on offering up something amateurish. I am interested in the concept, however, and would be curious to read what the creative among us could develop. If someone would find the idea interesting, please feel free to hijack the concept.
