Can't Transfer [HELP]

Hi,
I have 6 characters in Dwarrowdelf it's been my server for about 4 years i'm not a very active player buta huge LOTR fan and i play when i get some free time. I heard about the transfer and the close of the servers but i can't do the transfer, any help?

Oh yeah, thats the way I want my MMO served, just wait. Seriously this transfer process goes on much longer and uninstall and walk away comes to mind, as it is I will not be spending any money on LOTRO 1 months for 3 months based upon this screwing around (each month screwing around 3 months zero expenditure). Keep the jerk around going Warner Bros, it's fun.
