Class Trait Set Unlock

Hello.

Last week i bought 1 × Class Trait Set Unlock.

But my Class Trait is still locked.

I opened ticket with LOTRO but they don't answer me.

What should I do now?

The same thing happened to me, but the slot did unlock until I logged out. When I logged back in the next day it was locked again. I can only assume the unlock is temporary and you have to keep buying it.
