Looking for some input about the changes and yellow line.
Update 18 was an indirect buff to yellow line. Lingering Wound bleeds aren't affected by partial avoidences and armour rend finally could become useful.
With 3 new traitpoints and partial avoidence changes I'm thinking about changing a few traits.
Right now I traited : http://www.lotrottp.lotrostatus.com/l.php?c=4LX
As I don't have access to osgiliath armor I think about switching heartseeker legacy for - ranged evade and could put those traitpoints in other traits.
Hmm. Obviously, this could add even more power to Pen Shot. I've seen Red builds which max QS and PS to focus heavily on QS/PS/QS/PS combos for super fast damage which can remove the induction on Swift Bow and bypass mitigations... Of course, you couldn't get the Quick Shot Focus trait from Blue if you're traiting deep into yellow and red.
I want to see hunter bleeds and trap damage tied in with a stat, as for wrd. Until such a distant future time, I don't feel any real change happened.
Used to be at least a hunter never missed. Every non-agi class did miss a lot. Then the combined same-chance-to-hit-for-all happened.
Now extra avoidances, again for all, regardless of your agility.
Even precision no longer means chance to hit!
I see another nerf and not an involuntary boost.
See also: wardens AND bears getting a damage boost now that they're able to cap mits way faster.
It's nothing positive, I'm afraid. The gap between the classes just widens and the downward spiral drones on
I may despair but I blame that entirely on nerf after nerf after nerf.
LW bleeds is pathetically few ticks, if you use one skill between the lingering wound shots, they run out and don't stack. Let there be 8 damage ticks per LW, let there be bleed damage based on TM, let there be traps damage based on PM, let there be a reduced chance to miss in precision...let there be yellow hunters.
