So on my soon to be level 50 hunter I'd like to take on some solo challenges. I've been looking into ways to get my hunter a bit more defensive. (right now sitting at....4.8k morale, 30% resists, 46% tact/phys mits) More defensive since I believe key to solo-ing the old instances on a hunter is not blasting through it, but balancing the received damage out with the received healing.

Looking around a bit and min maxing a bit, I find myself with some empty essence slots on my nadhin gear. I'm considering putting those towards, brace yourself, tactical mastery. Of course only because of the outgoing healing modifier. I'm just not sure what is effected by this outgoing healing modifier and what is effected by the incoming healing modifier.

- Morale potions/rejuvenation potions/universal morale potions
- Press Onward/Strength of the Earth
- Quickshot healing
- Items with a morale heal on use like https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite..._of_the_Shamed or https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite...39;s_Adornment
- Piercing trap heal
- Items with a morale return on attack chance like https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite...of_Forvengwath

I'm pretty sure it should not effect bubble magnitude, that should only be effected by level right?

Normally I'd check this out myself, but I'm staying level 45 for a while with a group, and till level 50 I will lack the proper outg/inc healing stats to do the proper testing. I realise these questions are kinda specific though :P
