Dual monitor setup

Ok, so I have started doing some live streams on twitch and decided to use a dual monitor setup to better manage OBS and the chat channel. The problem I have is that obs will only recognize lotro if it's in full screen mode, and when it's in full screen mode I can't move my mouse over to my second monitor to fiddle with obs or type in stream chat. I know this isn't a lotro specific question per say but is there a way to run the game in full screen mode and still be able to slide my mouse pointer over to the second screen?
