Technically, yes. Whether or not that is a problem or a moral failing or whatever is up to you.
Why do you want to copy it? If you got Spotify, a quick search for Lotro or Chance Thomas will give you plenty, and the same with youtube with 'lotro music'. Better quality than an ingame recorder would make too.
