Mordor Runes for LI

Just about to Ding at 115, and been wondering if ANY of the runes you get from Mordor instances is worth equipping.

I know by that the striking Rune isn't worth anything because of our bleeds makes most of the damage output.

This also goes for the rune enhancing tactical damage, as this is very small part of warden damage

But how about the Rune of Binding would that contribute anything healish? Perserver line ? Conviction ?

Healing rune do not increase wardens heals, tactical damage rune do not increase warden damage, maybe it works only on tactical skills, Resounding challenge, Fierce resolve line, Goad, War Cry. I have tested only striking and vanguard rune, they are not worth slotting.
