Whole point is to make all skills usable. Why have those skills if you never use them? RK has so many of them that never gets used no matter of line. And if some casual uses them in accident? Their DPS loss is huge in comparison. So actually when all skills are relevant it's much easier for player with no clue to make at least OK damage than if whole meta is revolved around like blue hunters barrage. There was insane difference on level of DPS between top tier hunter and casual hunter because of this.

I have been in there pug CoS where hunter took 12 minutes to kill boss with good equipment (for sure over 200k mastery)....

Well I would say that some of the skills are situational. Like essence of winter on first fight in abyss. That's not to say others aren't used much (aside from pvmp). No matter what changes they make some will always have a better grasp of the rotation then others. So there will always be a difference especially if you don't have to push your DPS because you only do landscape etc. There will always be a "best" rotation and I think it impossible to make everything the same.

It was so hot yesterday that I got black cherry Ice Cream. It was the most delicious thing I tasted, like there was a party of flavour in my mouth every time I munched a little. In the end I had to go back to the Ice Cream shop and get a second round of it. My day was way better after that.

It was still 40 celsius outside, I still had to work and RK was still in a bad state, but the memories of that Ice Cream made me feel better every hour until the day was over.

Teaberry Ice cream is my favorite especially in a Milk shake.

As far as I know its only sold regionally in the Northeast US by Hershey and often by small locally owned ice cream type businesses in the same region.

I used to walk the forest in late fall and pick the leaves and berries with my family and served home made ice cream after a Thanksgiving dinner as a desert.
