That "FAQ" completely (and purposely I am guessing) avoids the obvious question anyone who really cares about revisiting a true LOTRO experience would ask:

1. Is it just a cosmetic level and zone-capping of the Live game?

2. What content and game play mechanice have specifically been retuned (mob levels, difficulty, dungeons reassembled the way they used to be, instance finder disabled) to make it actually play like it used to?

3. Are the Epic books restored to how they used to work (more challenging, full of group-only content since GROUPING USED TO BE NORMAL)?

The fact that they ask only "fluff" questions leads me to already know the answers, unfortunately. These will very likely disappoint anyone who really wants to play the actual old game play dynamics.
