High Elf into bugged

So at the stage "confront the witch king" it ported me directly to the bed in Rivendell where no npc will interact with you..the quest doesn't update. ugh...

not bugged - move the camera.

it's a clipping issue more than anything, it zooms the camera to where its blocked. but if you move it you can see around the room.

Appreciate the assist but it was clearly bugged for me. no amount of moving the camera did a thing and the NPC just stood there. i logged back in and it started the entire High elf intro over

You should be able to use command line arguments regardless. so /target NPCname and /mumble should work.
