Will crafted gear stats and skirmish gear stats be fixed in 23.1.7?

I've noticed that the crafted and skirmish gear were not mentioned in the Release notes, so hopefully we'll see better itemization work for the patch after this one?

There may not be a 23.1.7 as 23.2 is already on Bullroarer and I don't believe that the stats have been fixed in that.

23.2 will probably release on 12/18 for the Yulefest.
