Just looking for a bit of clarification on that point as using the actual toggles seems clunkier to me. Coming from a redline perspective so far.
I do use the toggles (i've quickslotted them into my rotations) to take advantage of:
1) "Rush" in bear form - toggle man form - "biting edge" to hit & stun several trash mobs. If I were to use Slash, I'd be waisting my stun.
2) "Ferocious roar" in man form - toggle bear form - "relentless maul". If I used Thrash, again, I'd be using my crit on just 1 hit, or on an auto-attack :/.

But, then again, I'm no expert Beorning.
