Captain buglist 6.2(currently updating)
Across the board
- Breaking brother-link When dismounted with your brother skill linked on your pet, your brother link will break. This is a bug as the brother-link should stay active.
- Tonic pots have not been scaled.
- Light of Elendil from Blade of Elendil is still not scaled properly, mediocre DoT.
- Doube clicking/tabbing skills If you double tab the following skills, they actually go on cooldown, but do not activate:
- Fighting Withdrawal
- Last Stand
- Shield of the Dunedain
- In Harm's Way
- Fighting Withdrawal still does not work when there's stun immunity active from the lore-master.
- Herald
- Movement has been updated, but the positioning and movement seems a bit buggy (gets sometimes stuck behind objects)
- Damage was buffed with a DNT - Herald buff, then nerfed again by removal, then changed in damage-type to westerness and again rendered useless in terms of damage capability.
- Elite Companions As of U30, this trait no longer appears as ''cast by you'' effect.
- Pet cooldown indicators do not properly reflect on their cooldown time (sometimes shows off cooldown despite being on cooldown
- Race of man captain When placing down the banner, the animation is delayed, as to where the high elf animation is instant.
- Captain base damage I talked about this subject with a couple of people and we came to the conclusion that all 3 captain lines require a bump in base dmg. Especially blue-line due their aggressive playstyle as a melee healer.
- Muster courage - selfheal The heal is released 0.5 seconds after the skill is initiated. The heal does not get bestowed if the captain is interrupted within that time frame. So for example : cast MC -> sword in air -> stunned -> does not proc heal
Yellow
- Strength In Numbers is garbage, I outright tell ya. The old heal used to give somewhat of a burst in a few seconds. As where this one.. well for this one u need to pray to the RNG gods that it crits in order to be useful. Since we do not slot crit in our tanks, please reconsider.
- Skills going on cooldown but do not activate: This goes for Shield of the Dunedain, Last Stand and In Harm's Way for yellow line.
- Exampler heal is still not scaled despite having been named numerous times by captains.
- Noble Mark Light-DoT does not reflect properly on current endgame content.
- Defensive Strike armour buff Only provides physical mitigation, as to where it should provide the captain with armour rating.
Blue
- Gallant Display only affects the initial heal of Inspire.
- Hands of healing heal is still not scaled.
- Valour Tier 5 AOE burst heal is still not scaled.
- Valour which procs from Valour T5 gets consumed by valiant strike while Inspiriting presence is on cooldown.
- Astute hands states it's clearly meant for tactical, but somehow affects the captain his bleeds damage over time, which is melee, affected by physical mastery but counted among tactical in its DoT effect. Captain bleeds DoT clearly affected by both tactical damage multiplier & tactical critical chance. While this isn't necessarily a bug as wardens have this too, and this being around for quite some time I still wanted to highlight it.
- Astute hands T3

Red
- Impactful blows is not in effect to the new LI system.
- Relentless attack tactics buff no longer lives up to current stat scaling and requires updating to the current stat table. See -> Giseldah's U31 stat preview
- Master of War still gets consumed by a crit on revealing/telling mark, OB & routing cry on crit --> Zaheer scored a critical hit with Telling Mark on the DPS target dummy.
- Shadow's Lament damage indicator is instantly, before the skill actually hits the target. However, with this can be dealt
- Also no longer scales properly in terms of our final capstone burst damage skill, due the loss of 74% light damage modifier from our past LI system.
- Arterial strikes Not necessarily a bug, but does not affect bleed DoT crit damage
- Elite Companions As of U30, this trait no longer appears as ''cast by you'' effect.
- Armour Rend Did not properly scale.
- Advantageous Attack has been neglected over the past years even after the captains patch, this is the added damage bonus for using shadow's lament onto a target with telling mark. The numbers seem to vary from time to time but are nonetheless very low.

Old LI system bugs
- Emblem
- Bleed skills critical damage does not affect our bleed skills, this probably has to do with the fact that somehow tactical critical hit chance affects our DoT instead of physical
- Melee skills healing only affects inspire initial heal. Possibly also case for valiant strike but unable to test that.
- Shield, Song and Blade-brother still bugged, once the legacy ''muster courage fear resist" surpasses into the added critical defense bonus, it becomes bugged. See -> Brother link bug
- Inspire healing bonus is only affected on it's initial heal. The HoT is not affected by it's legacies & skill % boost e.g. Gallant Display
- Weapon
- Battle-states do not apply when casting one while swapping away, this can be fixed through having a sword taking complete care of the battle-states. See -> Fixing the Battle state bug
- Defensive strike armor buff no longer reflects properly on current endgame content
- pressing attack and devastating blow critical rating does not work and does not reflect properly on current endgame content
- Captain Area-effect healing does not affect inspire healing, possibly also affecting other skills like valiant strike & reform the lines'
- Defeat-Event UI trigger does not correctly display that Routing Cry is available as Defeat-Event despite it being available as a defeat-event skill. This happens mainly with weapon swapping.
Archived Patch list
- Light-Type dmg The light-type damage legacy and trait line bonus now includes blade of elendil initial damage.
- bleeds As to the recent patch, Blade of Elendil its light-type dmg got fixed, but the captain it's bleed DoT seems to have been affected (lowered) possibly stealth nerf or bug.
- telling mark is now changed from 5% to 3% dmg and second rank from 5% to 2% dmg
- Penentrating cry now affects the whole raid, rather than just the group.
- Grave Wound Initial dot tick has been removed as of U24.
- Motivation Speech
- Set to duration buff of 5min with 1min cooldown
- now affects the whole raid
- Herald
- More cosmetic skins for the heralds have been added.
- DNT-Herald buff removed, dmg type set to westerness.
- Updated movement and positioning of the herald. (which bugs slightly -> see bug list)
- Herald heal has been significantly buffed and now has an internal cooldown that will display on the captain his bar called ''Selflessness''
- Herald damage type buffed (but still needs to be updated correctly)
- As of U30: ''Fixed: Captain banner heralds were not correctly inheriting offensive bonuses from their summoner.'' (still being useless in terms of damage)
- Kick can no longer miss
- Make Haste
- unimbued legacy down from +25 to +10s
- now raidwide
- Defeat-event now properly displays it's duration from 7 to 15 seconds
- Banners
- Standard of War changed from 30% to 20% damage modifier.
- now display a clearer line on the ground
- appearance changed for banners, now correctly displays the banners (fault as of HD)
- 5% crit chance across the board has now been fixed
- Standard of Honour
- now scales properly with weapon damage at trait ranks 1-4.
- Now gains the listed healing bonus from its trait.
- HoT can now crit (but unaffected by ISP trigger)
- Revealing Mark
- Revealing Mark does not longer aggravate
- Can now be used in Pv(M)P situations
- Revealing mark second trait ''honourable blow'' now properly procs an incoming healing buff on the fellowship
- Noble Mark Has been redesigned, and now allows the Captain to heal up to 3% every 3 seconds when they land a skill attack against any opponent. Noble Mark's range is now only 12 meters, requiring the Captain to remain in close proximity to their marked target to maintain the effect.
- Blade of Elendil Now is a copy-taunt (still needs to be reversed and removed)
- Two-handed prowess reduced from 25->10%.
- Shield of the Dunedain
- Unimbued legacy duration bonus from 10s to 5s
- SoD can only be used on others
- Stand tall trait
- Last Stand duration from +10s at max rank down to +3s on initial rank
- Last stand cooldown reduction from 1s, 2s, 3s to 1s, 1.5s, 2s (toolbar not updated or this didn't go through)
- Threatening shout
- Has become ST with a forced attack of 5 seconds, cooldown of 15 seconds. Also works as a copy-taunt.
- Can now be traited regardless of chosen traitline. This allows for some out-of-the-box approaches when playing red or blue captain.
- Elendil's roar has been added, with a cooldown of 60 seconds and a max target range of 6
- Elendil's Fury
- This trait reduces the cooldown of Elendil's roar by 30 seconds and adds +4 max targets.
- Trait Elendil's fury has now been filled cuz after 3 attempts, the dev ran out of creative options and decided to just bin it and force us to trait it.
