We have been reading people's feedback in recent days, and will be making the following changes in an upcoming patch, currently slated for the first half of next week:

• Gear dropping from Instances will be three item levels higher (408 at Tier 1, 410 at Tier 2, and 412 at Tier 3).
• Newly crafted rare crafted gear will be three item levels higher (up from 404 to 407).
• The incomparable crafted shields were inadvertently crafting at item level 410, so for newly crafted shields this will now be item level 412.
• The final boss chests in the Tier 2 3-player instances will drop rare gear.

If you had watched Cord of the Rings on Friday they already made clear they would have a patch. They even showed the 25.0.2 Patch Notes in the video, "Tentative" of course.
I had expected them to patch today, but they obviously weren't quite ready yet, so maybe we'll get an announcement today for tomorrow....

We are intending to release the patch this week. It would have been out earlier this week, but we ran into a few issues getting things ready, so it has taken a bit longer than expected.

But mah already crafted stuffs.... Anyway our already crafted stuff can be buffed with the newly crafted stuff? These things are really expensive to make and I have already made 4.
