Don't want to fix a quest issue, then give your GMs the power to grant the quest complete. I know you can do this I used to be a GM in another game.

Good luck. I asked for an update on this before the patch and got zero responses. They've had it off for a month with no word on when it might be back. It prevents half the repeatable quests for reputation from unlocking.
