Hello!

So two Hunters i play with actually claimed, that the skill does not only reduce threat but also incoming damage by 60% and you should use it before big incoming AoEs in Raids or Inis.
I play my hunter since pre release and i am 1000000000% sure it doesnt, because it is not stated anywhere and i never actually felt like it would do so.
Anyone ever heard of this?

I have never heard this, it would be pretty cool but I doubt we'd have a survival skill that actually helps.
