Mad lag & rubber-banding on Evernight 8/18

When the Intro is locking up with lag and rubber-banding continuously at Level 4, it's REALLY bad. Server restart time, methinks...

Same on Laurelin, both yesterday and today.
Loss goes up to 90% stays for a minute or so then back down. After a while it repeats.

Chat server is working and can see it's a common issue.

Brandywine: Was playing fine very early morning, then about 8:15am (ish) loss to 90%...frozen, logged out. Able to log in to massive loss again, unable to move but reading world chat seems others having similar issues. After that could not get past loading screen.

Log-in fails both on Evernight and on Laurelin at the moment.

I do not have any issue with lotro right now, it actually works even better then usually, but both WoW and ESO lag a lot since yesterday.

I have been having these issues a lot since they introduced that stupid wedding spin-off.
Trying to complete the Mirobel epic chapter is a nightmare.
Everytime I get passed the gate keeper, it freezes at the doors.
