Is Cry of the Hunter working for you?

In particular, the damage bubble seems not to be working for my hunter. Damage comes through as normal even with bubble up.
Is this the case for anyone else?

Damage will always come through. It doesn't negate damage but considering how little morale the bubble has + the stupidest animation in the game by the time the animation is done so will be the bubble.

Cry of the Hunter is a clear indicator of the quality of SSG as a game development company.

It would take 10 seconds to fix this skill, just make it a percentage of totale morale. I don't get why that's so hard for SSG to understand.
