Transfering character issue

Hi. I'm trying to transfer a character from Brandywine to Ark. I have submitted the request twice and nothing happens.
I've submitted a ticket and I'm not getting a response, I'm just wondering what the time-frame on transfers is (I have logged out of the account and unchecked 'keep me logged in').

Is there any way to contact a GM in a more immediate way than posting or tickets?
